Training and Job Opportunity: NatureBridge Educator Development Program
The Educator Development Program is a paid training program that encourages and aims to increase the representation of those who have had historical and systemic barriers to the field of outdoor education and consequently the workforce. This month-long program provides observation, training, and coaching in residential environmental education, with a supportive cohort of community members and former EDP graduates. The program is based in Malibu, and participants travel to NatureBridge Golden Gate to receive part of their training.
Successful EDP graduates will have a place held for them as an educator on the Southern California NatureBridge team; and will move directly into seasonal employment at our Southern California campus from January 28 – June 14, 2019.
